120g Ardo oven dried tomatoes
120g Ardo cherry tomatoes
50g Ardo black olives
50g Ardo green olives
3 tbsp Ardo Italian Herbs
1 tsp Ardo garlic blocks
600g Tagliatelle
Salt, pepper, 5 tbsp olive oil, grated Parmesan

Preparation

  1. Heat up the tagliatelle following the instructions on the packet.
  2. Heat the olive oil and add the garlic, the oven dried tomatoes and the olives. Let everything fry gently.
  3. Then also add the cherry tomatoes and the tagliatelle and leave everything to simmer in the pan for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. Season everything with pepper, salt and the Italian herbs.
  5. Then divide onto 4 plates and finish off with grated Parmesan cheese.
