1.5 kg Ardo Celeriac cubes
150 g Ardo Shallots
20 g Ardo Garlic cubes
10 g Ardo Rosemary
100 ml olive oil
salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients and place them on a baking tray.
  2. Bake in the oven at 180°C (15-25min).
