Organic tricolore pepper mix relish


Ingredients for 10 bruschettas

300g Organic Tricolore pepper mix Ardo
100g Organic Onions diced Ardo
10g Organic Basil Ardo
5g Organic Garlic Ardo
200g organic steak
200ml organic apple vinegar
85g sugar
1 organic baguette
organic olive oil




  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions, garlic and tricolore pepper mix. Add the sugar and apple vinegar and simmer for about 30 minutes on a low heat. Add a pinch of salt and basil at the end.
  2. Put the relish in a sterilized jar and place in the fridge.
  3. Season the steak all around and colour in a pan. Let cool down.
  4. Cut the baguette into slices and toast in the oven at 180°C.
  5. Place a slice of steak on each toast and finish off with the relish.
