Nordic-style veggie mix with haloumi tempura sticks



2 kg Ardo Nordic-style veggie mix
500 g Ardo Edamame soya beans
500 g haloumi
200 g tempura batter
100 g mixed nuts


Soy, Gluten, Milk, Nuts


  1. Cut the haloumi into sticks.
  2. Warm up the Nordic-style Veggie mix in the pan or combi-steamer.
  3. Briefly heat up the Edamame soya beans with the nuts in a dash of olive oil.
  4. Coat the haloumi sticks with the tempura batter and fry them.
  5. Arrange the Nordic-style veggie mix on a plate, finish with the Edamame/nut mix and the haloumi tempura sticks.
