Serve 10

1.5 kg Ardo Very fine or fine peas
200 g Ardo Onion cubes
10 g Ardo mint
150 g butter or margarine
2 lemons
30 ml vegetable bouillon
salt and pepper




  1. Sauté the onion cubes in the butter or margarine.
  2. Steam the peas briefly and allow them to drain.
  3. Add the peas and vegetable bouillon to the onion.
  4. Mash the peas using a puree masher. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Finish with lemon zest and mint.
