Mexican style stirfry with tofu

- 2kg Ardo Mekong rice mix
- 500g  Ardo Salsa Mexicana
- 700g tofu
- 1dl sunflower oil
- 6dl Mexican curry sauce
- Pepper
- Salt

Preparation

  1. Cut the tofu into cubes and fry them in some sunflower oil. Add the salsa Mexicana as soon as the tofu is crispy.
  2. Cook a little further and add the Mekong rice mix.
  3. Cook until the stirfry is nicely warm. Add some salt and pepper.
  4. Serve with the Mexican curry sauce.
