Mexican style smoked chicken sun bun


For 4 sandwiches

- 250g Ardo Sweet life mix
- 150g Ardo Roasted corn Mexicana
- 50g Ardo Salsa Mexicana
- ¼ Curly salad
- 75g Mayonnaise or Yoghurt
- 4 Sandwich buns with grains
- 1 fillet of smoked chicken finely sliced


Egg, Gluten, Milk, Mustard


  1. Heat the Sweet life mix in the microwave until cooked. Allow to cool down and stir in the salsa Mexicana with the mayonnaise or yoghurt. Set aside.
  2. Heat the Mexican roasted corn Mexicana in microwave or pan, set aside to serve at room temperature.
  3. Place on the bottom of the bun the sweet life spread, add on top some crispy curly salad, layer with the smoked chicken and top off with the roasted corn Mexicana.
