- 300g Ardo Sweet Life mix
- 80g Ardo Ovendried tomatoes
- 100g Ardo Grilled courgettes parrilla
- 50g Ardo Salsa Mexicana
- 2dl mayonnaise
- 300g precooked chicken breast
- 10 buns or wraps
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 50g Greek yogurt
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper


Egg, Gluten, Milk, Mustard


  1. Cut the chicken meat into small pieces.
  2. Mix the Sweet Life mix, the mayonnaise, salsa Mexicana and the Greek yogurt. Add the chicken meat at the end.
  3. Fry the grilled courgettes briefly in a pan with some olive oil, salt and pepper.
  4. Cut the iceberg lettuce into thin strips.
  5. Defrost the ovendried tomato wedges.
  6. Spread the wraps with the Mexican chicken salad. Finish with some grilled courgettes, ovendried tomatoes and iceberg lettuce.
