Mexican loaded tricolore fries


Serve 10

• 2kg Tricolore vegetable fries Ardo
• 10 Corn cobs ¼ Ardo
• 250 g Mix Salsa Mexicana Ardo
• 50 g Sweet life mix Ardo
• 5 dl tomato passata
• 20 gr butter
• 2 dl cheddar sauce
• 0.5 dl olive oil




  1. Let de sweet life mix and salsa Mexicana simmer in the olive oil.
  2. Add the passata and some water.
  3. Let it simmer till the vegetables are cooked, season pepper and salt.
  4. Deepfry the tricolore vegetable fries, or fry them in the oven.
  5. Put the ¼ corn cobs in the oven covered with some butter.
  6. Serve the tricolore vegetable fries with the buttered corn cob and the tomato sauce, finish with the cheddar.
