Mango dessert with vanilla

Ingredients for 10 persons

500g Ardo Mango
Juice of 1 lemon
50ml Agave Syrup
1 vanilla pod
3 Star anise
Deleye, chocolate or vanilla yoghurt elements

Preparation

Put the mango in a saute pan with all the aromatics.
Allow to simmer for a while so that all the flavours are released.
Cool down again and serve cold with the defrosted Elements.
