Macaroni cheese with Mediterranean vegetables


Serves 4

800g Ardo Precooked Macaroni
500g Ardo Country Grill
200g Ardo Cherry Tomatoes
30g Ardo Shallots
10g Ardo Parsley
250g Ardo Salsa Mexicana Mix
600g veal mince
400ml Bechamel sauce
200g grated Emmenthal cheese
400ml tomato puree (passata)
200ml chicken bouillon


Gluten, Milk


  1. Sauté the veal mince together with the Ardo Shallots and the Ardo Salsa Mexicana. Moisten with the chicken bouillon and the tomato puree. Simmer briefly and thicken with a bit of cornflour if necessary.
  2. Let the Ardo Macaroni partially defrost and spread it over an oven dish. Pour the tomato sauce on top.
  3. Then lay the Ardo Country Grill vegetables over the sauce.
  4. Cover with the Bechamel sauce and scatter the Emmenthal cheese on top.
  5. Garnish with the cherry tomatoes.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle a bit of frozen parsley on top and serve.
