Kids plate: vegetable fingers with chicken and beans

Ingredients

30 Ardo crispy vegetable fingers
1 kg Ardo green beans, extra fine
50 g Ardo shallots
5 chicken fillets
Mayonnaise
Ketchup

Allergens

Egg, Mustard

Preparation

Steam or boil the green beans to the preferred texture.
Simmer in a little butter with a shallot and season with salt and pepper.
Fry the chicken breast.
Bake the vegetable fingers in the oven at 180°C for 12 to 14 minutes and serve together with the chicken and beans.
