Blend 1 bag of 125g with 150-180ml apple juice until smooth.
Soak the smoothie into the injection needle.
Repeat with the yellow smoothie, red smoothie and green smoothie.
Defrost the mango, marinate it in some mint, coriander & lime syrup.
Serve ice cold.
Finish off the dish with serving 2-3 dessert spoons of marinated Mango and put the filled needles in the salad. Customer can choose to take a shot of the needle directly or push and pour the smoothie over the marinated mango.
