Preparation
Defrost the spinach ‘Foglia’ and squeeze out the excess liquid. Stew the onions and garlic in some olive oil. Add the spinach and simmer for a while. Add the cream and let it boil.
Season with salt and pepper and spread into a buttered oven dish.
Put the macaroni over the spinach.
Add the mozzarella over the pasta and sprinkle with olive oil, basil and season with salt and pepper.
Arrange the grill mix à la Siciliana on the mozzarella, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
