Ardo Menu

Serves 4:

300g Ardo Green Wave Mix
1 teaspoon Ardo Red chili
50-80ml Extra virgin olive oil
Juice of 1 lime
Salt

Preparation

  1. Marinate the defrosted Green wave mix in the juice of 1 lime and a pinch of salt.
  2. Add 50-80ml of extra virgin olive oil.
  3. For a spicy option: marinate 1 teaspoon Ardo Red chili in the lime juice before adding to the mixture.
  4. Allow to marinate for about 30 minutes.
  5. Serve fresh with crispy crackers.
