- 3 Ardo half avocados
- 200g Ardo mango
- 150g Ardo ovendried tomatoes
- 1 Romano lettuce
- salted almonds
- balsamic vinegar
- olive oil
- pepper and salt
Wash several Romano lettuce leaves. Cut the lettuce into 4cm thick slices. Place the lettuce into a bowl.
Cut 3 Ardo half avocados into chunks and add 200g defrosted Ardo mango and 150g Ardo oven-dried tomatoes to the lettuce.
Now add a dash of balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Season the salad to taste with a little salt and pepper.
Roast the almonds golden in a little oil in a pan and season to taste with salt.
Garnish the salad with the salt-roasted almonds.
