Farfalle 'Frutti di Mare alla Mediterranea'


Ingredients to serve 4:

1200g Ardo Farfalle pasta,
400g Ardo Mediterranean Brunoise,
200g frozen seafood,
200g frozen scampi tails (not the breaded variety),
100g Ardo diced onion,
1 tablespoon of Ardo 8 Herbs mix,
1 table spoon of Ardo Basil,
1 teaspoon of Ardo Garlic,
50 ml white whine,
80g Parmesan,
5 tablespoons of olive oil,
salt & pepper


Gluten, Milk, Crustaceans, Sulphite


  1. Sauté the onion, garlic and seafood in olive oil.
  2. Add the pasta and Mediterranean Brunoise and splash on the white wine. Allow to simmer for a few minutes.
  3. Then add the Ardo herbs and finish off with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve with freshly grated Parmesan.
