Serves 10

- 300g Ardo Edamame soy beans (Mukimame)
- 4g Ardo Garlic diced
- 10g tahini
- Juice of a ½ lime
- 1dl olive oil
- 7g wasabi paste


Soy, Sesame


  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a smooth mass. Add some olive oil if necessary.  
  2. Finish with some edamame soy beans. 
  3. Serve with nachos.
