Preparation
Steam the potatoes in the steamer until cooked through.
Steam the Romano beans in the steamer to the preferred texture, braise half of the shallots in the butter or margarine, and add the Romano beans. Season with salt and pepper.
Fry the chicken breast in the pan and continue to cook in the oven.
Steam the mushrooms briefly in the steamer, making sure to save the liquid.
Fry the mushrooms together with the rest of the shallots in a knob of butter, add the liquid from the mushrooms, and leave to reduce. Then add the cream, leave to reduce again and season to taste.
