Serves 10

2.5kg Duo of carrots – Chef’s cut Ardo
50g Shallots Ardo
30g Coriander Ardo
20g Ginger diced Ardo
liquid honey
butter
salt and pepper

Preparation

Steam the carrots until al dente and drain.
Melt some butter in a big pot and simmer the shallots. Add the carrots and ginger. Bake for a while and season with salt, pepper and honey.
Add the coriander before serving.
