600 g Ardo green beans 600 g Ardo Butter Beans 300 g Ardo Red pepper strips 150 g Ardo Onion cubes 10 g Ardo Garlic cubes 10 g Ardo Rosemary 2 lemons 100 ml olive oil salt and pepper
Preparation
Steam the green beans and butter beans to the desired texture.
Fry the onion cubes and garlic in the olive oil, add the pepper strips and continue cooking for a while.
Add the beans and heat up further. Mix in the rosemary.
Season with salt and pepper and top off with lemon zest.
