Cherry tomato salad with cottage cheese and oven-dried tomatoes


Serves 4

450g Ardo cherry tomatoes
150g Ardo oven-dried tomatoes
60g Ardo shallots
20g Ardo Italian herb mix
100g cottage cheese
100g sour cream
salt & pepper
Dijon mustard
50g rucola


Milk, Mustard


  1. Defrost 450g Ardo cherry tomatoes and 150g Ardo oven-dried tomatoes and let the liquid drain off.
  2. Then mix the tomatoes with 60g Ardo shallots, 100g cottage cheese, 100g sour cream and 20g Ardo Italian herb mix.
  3. Add salt, pepper and a little Dijon mustard to taste.
  4. Garnish the salad with 50g rucola.
