Cauli power sesame bagel with smoked salmon, avocado, red onion and dill

For 4 sandwiches

- 250g Ardo Cauli Power mix
- 100g Ardo red onion sliced
- 2 Ardo Avocado halves
- 1-2 tablespoons of Ardo dill
- 4 Sesame bagels
- 150g of fresh cream cheese
- Pinch of salt
- Red wine vinegar
- Black pepper milled
- 4 slices of smoked salmon
- Lime juice

Preparation

  1. Defrost the Cauli power mix and mix with a pinch of olive oil, cream cheese and dill.
  2. Add salt, pepper to own taste and a pinch of red wine vinegar for freshness.
  3. Slice the defrosted avocado and season with some lime juice, salt and black pepper.
  4. Pickle the defrosted red onion slices in salt and red wine vinegar for about 2 hours.
  5. Place the Cauli Power spread on the bagel halves. Top the bottom half with smoked salmon, avocado slices and pickled red onion.
