Serves 10

- 1kg Ardo Cauli Power mix
- 50g Ardo Spring onions
- 200g Ardo yellow/green/red pepper dices
- 20g Ardo Chives
- 5g Ardo Coriander
- 20 eggs
- 100g grated Emmenthal
- 50ml olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Yellow curry powder


Egg, Milk


  1. Briefly simmer the spring onions, pepper diced and cauli power mix in some olive oil. Use a non-stick pan. Season with salt and pepper. 
  2. Beat the eggs and mix with the grated Emmenthal. Season with salt, pepper and curry powder. Finally, add the chives and the coriander.  
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables in the pan and let it cook in the oven (180°C) until the frittata is tender.
