Cabbage and beetroot

Serve 10

800 g Ardo red cabbage with apple
800 g Ardo red beet cube
Ardo dill
100 ml red port
honey
sunflower oil
a few juniper berries
salt and pepper

Preparation

Sauté the beetroot cubes in some sunflower oil.
Add the port, juniper berries and honey and allow boil for a while so as to reduce.
Remove the juniper berries and add the red cabbage with apple.
Season with salt and pepper with a little dill.
