1 kg Ardo Butternut 100 g Ardo Onion cubes 10 g Ardo Parsley 500 g Tomato cubes 10 g Ardo Garlic cubes 50 ml olive oil 200 ml vegetable bouillon harissa salt and pepper

Preparation
Add the onion cubes and garlic to the olive oil.
Add the tomato cubes and bouillon and simmer gently.
Season with salt, pepper and harissa.
Add the butternut and simmer until you get a nice finish.
