Veggie tots with miso mayonaise

- 1kg Ardo Veggie tots
- 5g Ardo Garlic diced
- 2 egg yolks
- 2tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon grain mustard
- 250ml vegetable oil
- 1tbsp white miso
- Gomasio
- Salt
- Pepper

Preparation

  1. Put the egg yolks, vinegar, mustard, garlic and miso in a blender and add some salt. Turn on the machine and add the oil with a thin, evenly radius.
  2. Blend until you get a nice, thick and creamy mayonnaise. Add some salt and pepper.
  3. Bake the veggie tots in the oven or deep fryer. Follow the instructions on the packaging.
  4. Season the veggie tots with gomasio
  5. Serve together.
