Toast with grilled vegetables

- 100g Ardo Grilled red and yellow peppers parrilla
- 100g Ardo Grilled courgettes parrilla
- 100g Ardo Grilled aubergines parrilla
- 30g Ardo Black olives slices
- 50g Ardo Tartar herb mix
- 20g Ardo Parsley
- 20 small crostini toasts
- 3dl olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 50g Parmesan flakes

Preparation

  1. Defrost the grilled vegetables and cut them into small pieces.
  2. Warm the grilled vegetables with the olives slices in some olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix the tartare herb mix with the rest of the olive oil and the parsley.
  4. Put the grilled vegetables on a toast and finish with the tartare salsa and Parmesan flakes.
