Toast with green wave tuna dip

- 500g Ardo Green wave mix
- 100g Ardo Edamame soy beans (Mukimame)
- 200g Ardo Avocado halves
- 5g Ardo Tarragon
- 5g Ardo Garlic diced
- 300g canned tuna
- Juice of a lime half
- Olive oil
- Crackers
- Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Crush the defrosted avocados, add the lime juice and garlic dices and mix. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Defrost the green wave mix and combine with the tuna and tarragon.
  3. Mix the avocado dip with the green wave tuna salad.
  4. Make quenelles and serve on a cracker.
  5. Garnish with an edamame soy bean.
