Ingredients for 10 appetizers

- 500g Ardo Cauli power mix
- 20g Ardo Thai herb mix
- 15g Ardo Chives
- 50ml coconut milk
- 20g yellow curry paste
- 100g mayonnaise
- 200g crab meat

Allergens

Egg, Mustard, Crustaceans

Preparation

  1. Mix the Thai herb mix, coconut milk and curry paste in a blender. Mix with the mayonnaise.
  2. Defrost the cauli power mix and mix with the Thai mayonaise. Add the chives.
  3. Serve in a small bowl and finish with crab meat.
