Tartiflette duo of rissolées and tofu


Serves 10:

  • 2kg Ardo Duo of Rissolées
  • 400g Ardo Prefried diced onions
  • 10g Ardo Rosemary
  • 20g Ardo Garlic diced
  • 1 bottle of white wine
  • Dash of cream (optional)
  • 1kg reblochon
  • 800g smoked tofu in strips
  • Pepper and salt


Milk, Soy


  1. Mix the duo of rissolées with the garlic, prefried onions, rosemary and tofu. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Fill an oven dish with the potato mix and pour over the white wine. Add a dash of cream (optional).
  3. Cut the reblochon in strips and cover the oven dish.
  4. Put the tartiflette in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve with some lettuce and a mustard vinaigrette.
