- 350g Ardo Tartare herb mix
- 1.5kg Ardo Sweet potato fries
- 2dl mayonnaise
- 2kg minced meat
- 4 egg yolks
- Lettuce
- Capers to garnish
- Pepper and salt

Preparation

  1. Mix 300g tartare herbs with the minced meat. Add the egg yolks and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the steak tartare on a plate and garnish with some capers.
  3. Mix mayonnaise with 50g tartare herb mix.
  4. Serve with sweet potato fries, some lettuce and tartar sauce.
