Quinoa vegetable stirfry lasagne

- 1.5kg Ardo Quinoa vegetable stirfry
- 1kg Ardo Mediterranean brunoise
- 10g Ardo Garlic diced
- 5g Ardo Basil
- 1l tomato passata
- 1l bechamel sauce
- 700g lasagne sheets
- 300g grated emmenthal
- 50ml olive oil
- Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Stew the mediterranean brunoise and the garlic in some olive oil. Add the  tomato passata and let simmer until the vegetables are tender. Season with salt and pepper. Finish with basil. 
  2. Defrost the quinoa vegetable stirfry.
  3. Fill an oven dish with the following layers: tomato sauce, lasagne sheet, quinoa vegetable stirfry, lasagne sheet, bechamel sauce. Repeat again and finish with the grated emmenthal.  
  4. Put the lasagne in the oven at 180°C for about 30-40 minutes.
