Mexican style chicken sandwich

SERVES 10

- 300g Ardo Avocado
- 125g Ardo Salsa Mexicana
- Juice of  ½ lime
- 50ml olive oil
- 50g fresh cheese
- 300g chicken breast into small pieces
- 2dl mayonnaise
- 50g young lettuce
- 1 large multi grain bread in thick slices
- Pepper
- Salt

Allergens

Egg, Gluten, Milk, Mustard

Preparation

  1. Blend the defrosted avocados with the lime juice, olive oil and fresh cheese.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix the mayonnaise with the chicken and Mix salsa Mexicana.
  4. Toast the slices multi grain bread, spread with the avocado and finish with the chicken Mexicana salad.
  5. Finish with some young lettuce.
