Falafel with taboulé and mint-yogurt dressing

Falafel_with_taboule_and_yoghurt_dressing

SERVES 10

- 500g Ardo Falafel
- 1kg Ardo Taboulé
- 2 el Ardo Mint
- Pinch Ardo Oregano
- 250m yogurt
- 50ml Extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of 1 orange
- Zest of 1 orange (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of cumin (optional)
- 10 pieces Naan bread

Preparation

Falafels:

  1. Prepare the falafels in the oven. Follow the instructions on the packaging.

Taboulé:

  1. Defrost the Taboulé.
  2. Finish with 25ml olive oil and the juice of ½ orange.

Yogurt & mint dressing:

  1. Put the yogurt in a bowl and stir in 25ml olive oil, the rest of the orange juice, salt and cumin.
  2. Add at the end the mint and oregano.
  3. Put it in the fridge for 2-3 hours.

Serve in a bowl with freshly baked naan bread. Garnish – if desired – with the orange zest.
