Ardo

SERVES 10

- 700g Ardo Edamame soy beans (Mukimame)
- 500g Ardo Avocado halves
- 700g Ardo Mango
- 600g Ardo Basmati rice
- 300g Ardo Red cabbage
- 8 tbsp sesame oil
- 8 tbsp soy sauce
- 9 tbsp rice vinegar
- 750g salmon
- Black sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Steam the rice briefly and allow to cool down.  
  2. Defrost the vegetables and the mango. 
  3. Marinate the red cabbage with a dash of rice vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cut the avocados and salmon into cubes. 
  5. Divide the rice into 10 bowls. Then place the avocado, mango, salmon, red cabbage and soy beans over the rice. 
  6. Sprinkle the bowl with sesame seeds.
  7. Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil and rice vinegar into a dressing and pour over the poké bowls.
