Fish sticks have got a delicious competitor with the ±30 gram vegetable stick made from peas, pieces of carrot and sweet corn all enveloped in crusty panade with a fine herb seasoning. Ideal for the kids.

Vegetables (38%) (sweet corn, carrots, peas; in various proportions), water, bread crumbs (wheat flour, salt, yeast, paprika, curcuma), vegetable oils (rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, in varying proportions), potato flakes, corn starch, wheat flour, spelt bran, parsley, mustard (water, mustard seed, vinegar, sugar, salt, spices, natural flavouring), iodised salt (salt, potassium iodide), onion powder, onion extract, seasoning (salt, dextrose, spices, yeast), herbs.

Preparation

Cook From Frozen

Pan

Heat 1 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a frying pan. Put the desired quantity of product in the frying pan and cook at medium heat stirring well.

Oven

Place the product on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in a preheated oven.

Deep Fryer

Fry the frozen product in a deep fryer.
