By introducing whole-grain penne, we are meeting the demand for fibre-rich pasta. Simply heat it up and serve with a sauce or defrost to use in a cold salad.

Preparation

  • Microwave

    (850 W) Place the desired quantity of product in a non metallic microwaveable bowl, cover and cook stirring occasionally (see timetable).
    (350 W) Rapid defrosting is possible by microwave (see timetable).

    Start at +4°C - 200g: 850W ) 4-5min
    Start at +4°C - 200g: 350W ) 7min

  • Defrost

    Let defrost at first the pasta and then process, or season the deepfrozen pasta with other seasonings and let defrost (see timetable).

    Start at +4°C - 1-2h

  • Pot

    Place the frozen pasta in boiling water and bring back to boil. Drain and season to taste (see timetable).

    Start at +4°C - 200g: 1-3min
