These attractive looking 'spinach layers' where the young spinach leaves keep their texture and shape even better. The complete spinach leaves are stacked in layers on top of each other and are then cut into portions.
Place the spinach portions into a pan with some water and heat gently until hot.
Place the spinach portions in a microwaveable dish and cover. Heating time varies in function of the power of the microwave.
Place the spinach portions into a perforated dish, cover and steam at medium heat for +/- 10 minutes until hot.
