Though the classic pastas have been part of our range forever, ‘pasta Gobbetti’ is a new addition. These little elbows can be easily eaten with a spoon or fork, making them ideal for take-away dishes, a school catering option, soups, salads or one-pot meals... It’s all possible with Gobbetti!

water, durum wheat

Preparation

  • Combisteamer

    Cook the frozen product in a steamer. Be careful to not overcook. Season to taste.

  • Pan

    Heat 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Put the desired quantity of product in the frying pan and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently.

  • Defrost

    To defrost, place the product in the refrigerator. Serve cold.

  • Pot

    Place the frozen vegetables in boiling water and bring back to the boil. Drain and season to taste.
