Champignons de Paris, oyster mushrooms, shii-také, Nameko mushroom (in variable proportions)
Place 2 tablespoons of cooking oil into a frying pan. Add mushrooms and cook on a low heat for 8 - 9 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn up heat to high and cook for a further 2 – 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add frozen to casseroles, soups or sauces; or simply fry and serve with a full cooked breakfast or mixed grill.
