These falafel patties, packed with flavours from the Middle East, such as chickpeas, coriander, cumin, garlic and other fragrant herbs, are entirely vegan. Pre-fried in sunflower oil and, thanks to their flat shape, handy to serve in burger buns or pitta bread. They can be prepared in the oven, deep fryer or air fryer.
Chick peas 60%, Onion, Sunflower oil, Wheat semolina, Parsley, Corn starch, Salt, Spices, Baking agent Sodium bicarbonate
Deep fry the falafel for 3-4 minutes in pre-heated oil of 175°C. Do not fry too many at once to avoid heat loss.
Place the falafels in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 9-12 min or until golden and crispy, turning once.
