No more laborious peeling and chopping of butternut squash. The butternut squash can be prepared in the pot, in the steamer or in the oven and is the ideal base for a tasty soup or a flavoursome ingredient in various oven dishes.
*Due to the current situation, sunflower oil may be replaced by a mix of rapeseed oil and sunflower oil.
Heat the frozen product in the oven at 200°C, adding a little vegetable oil.
Place the frozen vegetables in some boiling water and bring back to boil.
Cook the frozen product in a steamer. Be careful to not overcook. Season to taste. (see timetable)
