Our burgers look homemade, as if you'd made them yourself. At 75 gram each, they fit in perfectly with a whole range of meals including meat, fish or vegetarian dishes. A delightful and delicious variation on conventional vegetables.
A mixture of small cauliflower florets with leek and cheese enveloped in a crunchy crust covered with sesame seeds giving the burger that something special.

*Due to the current situation, sunflower oil may be replaced by a mix of rapeseed oil and sunflower oil.
Cauliflower (39%), breadcrumbs (wheat flour (gluten), salt, yeast), cheese (13%) (milk,egg), sunflower oil, water, corn starch, wheat flour (gluten), leek, cream (milk), sesame 1%, parsley, iodised salt (salt, potassium iodide), white pepper.
Fry the product with 3 tablespoons of oil for 5-7min, turning occasionally
Place the product in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in a pre-heated oven 200°C for 18-20 min. until golden, turning once.
Deep-fry the product for 3-4 minutes in preheated oil at 175°C. Do not fry too many at once in order to prevent heat loss.
