The pre-fried Beetroot burger immediately brings colour to your plate. This crispy vegetable burger with beetroot and kidney beans is delicious on a burger bun, as a side dish or as a vegan or veggie burger. The red colour, the round shape and the fibre-rich texture are perfect as an alternative to the traditional burger.
Vegetables (beetroot 17%, kidney beans 9%, soy beans, carrots 5%), water, crumb (beetroot 5%, potato, yeast), sunflower oil, bread crumbs (wheat flour (gluten), salt, yeast), cooked bulgur (gluten) 5%, potato flakes, wheat flour (gluten), horseradish compound (horseradish, vinegar, sunflower oil, water), corn starch, mustard (water, mustard seed, vinegar, sugar, salt, spices, flavoring), salt, dried vegetables (onion, tomato, garlic), herbs, lemon juice concertrate, garlic powder. Contains sulphites.
Deep-fry the product for 4 minutes in preheated oil at 175°C. Do not fry too many at once in order to prevent heat loss.
Place the product on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 18-20 minutes or until golden and crispy, turning once.
Fry the product with 3 table spoons of oil for 7-8 min., turning occasionally.
