Preparation

Cook before eating
  • Combisteamer

    Cook the frozen product in a steamer. Be careful to not overcook. Season to taste.

  • Microwave

    Put the desired quantity of frozen product in a non-metallic microwaveable bowl, cover and cook, stirring occasionally.

  • Pan

    Heat 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Put the desired quantity of frozen product in the frying pan and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently.

  • Pot

    Cook the frozen product in a steamer. Be careful to not overcook. Season to taste. Pot: Put the desired quantity of frozen product in boiling water and bring back to the boil. Drain and season to taste.
