The Ardo avocado is perfectly ripened and therefore very well suited to preparing guacamole. It also shows how valuable it can be in many dishes (wraps, sandwiches, salads, etc.) and shapes (in pieces, strips, puréed, etc.).
Defrost frozen avocado at room temperature.
