Customer Excellence Team Lead

The challenge

As a Customer Excellence Team Lead, you supervise a part of Ardo’s customer service officers and sales support team, who monitor a worldwide customer portfolio within the industry, retail and foodservice markets. We have a mission to excel in customer satisfaction by providing excellent service (supported by departments such as Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and the other local Ardo sites).

The scope of the role is to:

  • Take the lead in the daily planning and development/coaching of your team.
  • Support and advise team members in complex cases.
  • Set up the right onboarding & training tools within your team.
  • Act as a stakeholder for your counterparts in other departments, such as credit control, production planning, logistics…
  • Take the lead in projects within customer service or represent customer service in international projects.
  • Install and monitor processes and KPIs. (e.g., complaint handling, customer activities & interactions).
  • Indulge our teams in digital tools, supporting our day-to-day activities.
  • Act as a key user for SAP integration.

Your talent

  • You have a Bachelor/Master’s degree.
  • You have a first leadership experience in a customer-oriented environment, preference in a large, fast-moving company.
  • You love to take ownership & initiative.
  • You are a good communicator and develop an active relationship with your (inter)national stakeholders
  • You think in a solution and process-oriented way, embracing change, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • You speak fluent Dutch, English, French, and /or German / Italian.
  • You have the right communicative skills (to-the-point, constructive) and are a team player.
  • Lifelong learning is obvious for you; you love to inspire your team members.
  • You have a positive attitude and the right motivation to obtain results.
