Once a year Ardo Orehoved (DK) organizes a Theme day where all employees from the factory are present, focusing on a new topic. This year the focus was on two Ardo Group projects: PURE and SHINE. Detailed information was given about these two projects, followed by small group discussions on several PURE and SHINE aspects. This resulted in many good ideas for improvements which will be used as input for action plans and new procedures.
