Your Scope

We are looking for a technically skilled Master Data expert to join our team. In this role, you will be part of the data project and migration team and be an active player in the Ardo transformation project. One of your responsibilities will be taking ownership of the harmonization process and being a bridge between the project and operational business team. You will report to the Master Data lead and work closely with the Master Data Architect and cross-functional teams across the organization.

Responsibilities: 

  • Implement data integration solutions to meet business needs.
  • Develop data mapping, cleansing, harmonization, transformation, and validation specifications to ensure data quality and consistency. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and develop data solutions. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues to ensure timely delivery of data to stakeholders in the Bridge project. 
  • Implement and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data security standards.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to data integration processes and solutions.
  • Continuously monitor and improve data integration processes to optimize performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in data integration and apply best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Your profile

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in master data.
  • Relevant experience in data integration, data migration & data conversion projects.
  • Relevant experience in data modelling, SQL, big data sets. 
  • Strong knowledge of ETL tools and techniques. 
  • Experience with data governance, data quality and data security policies and procedures. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Syniti ADM are big assets. 
  • Experience in a production environment is a plus.
